Nina has her bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has interned and worked at organizations that cater to improving the health of her community and enjoys lending a helping hand wherever she can. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and working out to keep a fit lifestyle. She will be attending Marymount University in the Fall of 2017 for her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Having personally overcome an autoimmune condition, Lindsey has developed a strong passion for helping others overcome their health challenges. She has witnessed firsthand how providing the body with the proper foods and nutrients allows the body to heal itself and operate the way it was created to function -- in an optimal, flourishing state. Lindsey utilizes a combination of integrative nutrition knowledge, functional lab testing, and consideration of the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person to effectively treat the most stubborn health problems.
